About Christina

Christina Saribay is the owner of NextHome Next Chapter, a boutique real estate brokerage based in Oregon. Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2010, Christina has built a successful career around her passion for helping people navigate the biggest financial decisions of their lives with clarity, care, and confidence.

Specializing in new construction, Christina is the exclusive representative for JT Roth Construction, Inc., where she brings deep expertise in marketing and selling newly built homes across multiple Portland-area communities. Her knowledge of the building process, from dirt to keys, allows her to educate and guide both buyers and builders through every step of a transaction.

Christina has also served in leadership roles within her community, including five years as treasurer and social director for a homeowners association of over 600 homes—experience that reflects her commitment to community building and organized, detail-driven service.

She has received the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award in 2016, 2017, and 2020, and continues to be recognized for her professionalism, communication skills, and ability to deliver results with a warm, personal touch.
